Place the thawed potatoes, cheese and seasonings in a large (20" x 13") foil baking pan.
Add the cream to the pan and stir.
Melt the butter and stir into the rest of the ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake, or chill until ready to bake.
Bake covered for 1 and 1/2 hours at 325° or 1 hour at 325° in a oven.
