Blueberry Cream Pie

This is our favorite pie right now. Smooth, rich, a little tart, a lot of sweet, and even more perfection.
Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  • Spread blueberries in the pie crust.
  • Mix the flour, sugar and salt.
  • Add the cream, butter and vanilla to the flour mixture.
  • Spread evenly over the blueberries.
  • Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  • Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
