Blueberry Cream Pie
This is our favorite pie right now. Smooth, rich, a little tart, a lot of sweet, and even more perfection.
Servings: 6 people
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- unbaked pie crust
Spread blueberries in the pie crust.
Mix the flour, sugar and salt.
Add the cream, butter and vanilla to the flour mixture.
Spread evenly over the blueberries.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
