‘Ink Re-cap 119 and Inspiring Inklings for Our Weekend
‘Ink Re-cap 119
Happy Valentine’s Day to all our lovely friends!
Plus inspiring inklings for our weekend
to encourage us in this life we live.
It’s always hard to decide:
do we have a family Valentine’s party
or do we have our son’s birthday party?
When they’re only 2 days apart and the family is busy…
What would you do?
We desert dwellers are watching the sky
hoping the clouds and the forecast will collide into rain this weekend.
Because we love rain days. When you only get 11″ of rain in a year, every drop is valued!
‘Ink Re-cap 119:
Monday was a long time ago, and so much happened on (and off) kimenink and company.
Our bride readers will enjoy our Registry Home Essentials list so all the wedding events guests can rest assured they are choosing a gift you’ll love.
Weddings, baby showers… they’re both Cloud 9 events that we love having a part in.
We adore our Dreamy Clouds baby shower ideas and hope we get a chance to actually have one. If you’re local and you want us to come decorate, shoot us a message!
We took a side trip down memory lane and shared Mom’s Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe, which is a whole lot more than making a pot of soup. I remember chicken soup as a practically pioneer experience.
We gave you our valentines awhile back, so don’t miss collecting our Free Spring Printables to create some easy shelf sitters. You know that tray you keep decorated for the season? These will fit on there. They can be farmhouse, French or vintage. Pick your style of finishing from our tutorial.
Some things in the news got to me this last while, and made me take stock of This Life That Makes Us Who We Are. And be very grateful for the God presence in our home. When we have Him, we can live life now, right now. And right in the future.
So that’s us, now we’ve got some
Inspiring Inklings for your weekend
and hopefully, to carry into the next week.
Our inspiring read of the week. Or every week. Please tell me you signed up to his email.
Earlier, we talked about styling trays for the season. This post shares the science behind the beautiful art.
Some of us aren’t over hot cocoa bombs yet, and this Valentine version will send you right back to your candy melts!
With most of us dining in this weekend, I have to share this beautiful tablescape for two. Soooo romantic.
By the way, if you haven’t bought a card for your sweetheart, head over to our contact page, and we’ll email a printable card for you. As romantic or as serious or as funny as you wish.
Speaking of humor…
Zoom calls are pretty common these days. I don’t know if this one can be called inspiring, but it sure is hilarious!
And our quote for the weekend:
Thnks for such an interesting and knowlegable stuff.I simply love to follow you and every writing here.
