Pineapple Glaze for Easter Baked Ham

This glaze is like a delicious dipping sauce you pile onto (or beside) your slices of baked ham, right on your dinner plate.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, optional
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in cold saucepan. We're not huge mustard fans, so if you love it, add up to 3 tsps. Also, double the lemon juice for taste, if you want more tartness.
  • Whisk all together until smooth and cornstarch is dissolved.
  • Heat till hot, thick and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with sliced baked ham as a dipping sauce.
