Pineapple Glaze for Easter Baked Ham
This glaze is like a delicious dipping sauce you pile onto (or beside) your slices of baked ham, right on your dinner plate.

- 16 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, optional
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
Mix all ingredients together in cold saucepan. We're not huge mustard fans, so if you love it, add up to 3 tsps. Also, double the lemon juice for taste, if you want more tartness.
Whisk all together until smooth and cornstarch is dissolved.
Heat till hot, thick and bubbly.
Serve hot with sliced baked ham as a dipping sauce.
