Raspberry Cloud Dessert Cups
Individual portions are perfect for social distanced occasions.
Sweet and Salty Pretzel Crust
- 1 1/2 cups pretzel pieces
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Raspberry Cloud Filling
- 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed, or Whipped Cream, whipped
- 16 oz. frozen raspberries

Raspberry Cloud Filling
Whip softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the yogurt and cool whip, stirring by hand with a wire whisk.
Stir the frozen raspberries into the mixture with a spatula until just mixed.
Spoon into cups. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until an hour before serving.
Add a cloud of whipped cream if desired, and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
