Printed Birth Announcement Details

DESIGN: Birth Announcement Card Front is designed by kimenink with a Hale Navy anchor on a soft white background.

CARD: Available in A2 – 4.25″ x 5.5″ OR A7 – 5″ x 7″ postcard style.

BEST QUALITY CARD:  Printed on heavy textured white cotton card with Hi Res CMYK ink.

NEXT QUALITY CARD:  Printed on smooth white card with laser printing (more shine than BEST card).

BACK OF CARD OPTION:  We print your baby photos or a striped navy and white design on the card back for an additional small cost. Choose “A7 Best Printed Back” or “A2 Best Printed Back” etc.

ENVELOPE: White Envelopes. Best Quality Cards include a matching envelope liner.

DETAILS: Enter all the amazing new baby details: name, date and time of birth, length and weight, etc. in the form above when you order.

RETURNS: If we make a mistake, we will reprint at no cost to you. If you supplied wrong information and fail to catch it in the proof, we cannot reprint for free.

Standard Shipping and Printing Details

We email a digital proof within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

When you get your proof, study it carefully to make sure the details are correct and formatted the way you want it. Let us know as soon as possible if anything needs to be revised. PLEASE send an approval to let us know you are happy with your invitation. Your invitations will NOT be printed until we receive your approval.

Printed items are shipped to your home within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date we receive your approval (quantities affect processing times). Please note that holidays and extra revisions may add to the processing times, also.

PREFER THE DIGITAL INVITATION DOWNLOAD OPTION?

We will prepare the proof and go through the same process as above, but then instead of printing your invitation, we will email a high resolution Jpeg file for you to print on your home printer or take to your local printshop.

We recommend printing on Neenah 80# cover stock (not index).

You will need to buy your own envelopes.
