SHIPPING: When we receive your order, we print a mock-up of the card and send you a picture by email. We ship your order 5 to 7 business days after you approve the sample.  US shipping is always FREE!

RETURNS: If we make a mistake, we will reprint at no cost to you.  If you supplied wrong information, we cannot reprint for free.
