The Great Exodus Lesson 2: God Calls a Leader
Moses flees Egypt and becomes a shepherd.
God talks to Moses from a burning bush
and calls him to lead His People.
Moses was a baby who was saved by a princess!
She took him to live in the palace, and brought him up to be a prince.
But something happened, and Moses had to flee for his life. He ran to the desert, where he became a shepherd.
God found him there, and called him to go back to Egypt and lead the poor Israelite slaves out of captivity to the Land God had promised them.
This lesson tells how God convinced Moses he could be a leader, even though Moses didn’t think he could.
