Baby’s Coming Hospital Checklist: Handy Packing Printable
Baby’s Coming Hospital Checklist.
A handy packing list printable for mom and baby
when you go in to deliver your little one.
Is this your first baby?
This checklist can save the day when it comes to packing that precious suitcase
for going to the hospital when those birthing pains come.
Of course, the time to pack this bag is
TODAY!
The sooner you get it ready and stash it near the door for your dash to the car
the happier you’ll be later.
I can’t imagine trying to pack it when you have to stop to practice breathing.
Worst case scenario:
If it’s done ahead you don’t have to worry as much about having the baby in the car on your drive to the hospital.
Or barely making it there like my sister for her first baby.
But even if this isn’t your first rodeo – er – baby,
it’ll be handy to have a list to remind yourself of what you needed
and what you wish you’d packed.
(So keep notes for next time, first time moms.)
Baby’s Coming Hospital Checklist
I took 2 outfits for baby to the hospital when our third child was born.
I knew this was our last baby, and this was going to be our girl.

In two sizes, because newborn looked too big.
And the smaller size was definitely needed. She was only 5 pounds 8 ounces.
Actually, the smaller size almost smothered her. And in spite of being soft muslin, looked uncomfortable. Sigh.
But it was soooo cute. And boho. In 1991.
